2010-2011 Student of the Year – Kaitlyn Brandt
A senior at Santa Fe High School, Brandt has been a dedicated SADD student for four years and currently serves as the president of her SADD chapter. She has worked in helping stage numerous events and spreading SADD’s "No Use" message. For the past two years, Brandt has served on the FLORIDA SADD Student Advisory Board where she has helped plan the fall leadership summit, design the campaign theme for the year, represented Florida at the national conference, and visited schools and community events on behalf of FLORIDA SADD for her region.

2009-2010 Student of the Year – Taylor Lucas
Taylor Lucas of Clewiston, Florida, was selected by her peers to serve on the Florida SADD Student Advisory Board. As president of the SADD chapter at Clewiston High School, she was instrumental in promoting many of the SADD activities, including Red Ribbon Week, the Prom Fashion Show, and Click It to Win It.Among her many activities, Taylor was involved in student council and drama club. An excellent student, she was also a member of the National Honor Society. She has devoted many community-service hours to volunteering with the American Red Cross and Toys for Tots.
2008-2009 Student of the Year – Brittany Cobb
Brittany Cobb of Orlando, Florida, has been a member of SADD for more than two years and serves as president of the William R. Boone High School chapter. She was a featured speaker at the 2007 annual Red Ribbon Week celebration in Orlando. Brittany also participated in the 2006 Florida SADD Student Leadership Summit.
An excellent student, Brittany was inducted to the National Honor Society and on her school’s honor roll from 2005 to 2007. She has spent two years as a SAFE (Student Assistance Family Empowerment) ambassador and is the recipient of the Local Hero Award for her work promoting a drug- and alcohol-free environment. Brittany is also active in community service; she has spent many hours at the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida Orange County Teen Court Juvenile Justice Center and the Orlando Science Center.
2007-2008 Student of the Year – Emily Smith
A senior at Clewiston High School, Smith has been a dedicated SADD student for four years and has served as president of her chapter for the past year. She has worked in helping stage numerous events and spreading SADD’s "No Use" message. She has served on the FLORIDA SADD Student Advisory Board for two years and has been instrumental in helping with campaign ideas, writing newsletter articles, the FLORIDA SADD Student Leadership Summit, and visiting schools in her area on behalf of FLORIDA SADD. Last summer she appeared in several traffic safety Public Service Announcements (PSA) that were aired on NBC South Florida and CBS Jacksonville.

2005-2006 Student of the Year - China Bauman
China Bauman attended Sebastian River High School of Sebastian, Florida and will be attending the University of North Florida in Jacksonville , Florida in the Fall. She has been a member and president of her SADD chapter for three years and served as the chapter historian. During her tenure, China was an organizer and participant in many activities, including Red Ribbon Week, Mock Driving Under the Influence Crash, Christmas Parade, and Roadside Cleanup. China has attended the Florida SADD State Conference for the past two years and was a member of the Florida Student Advisory Board.
China was active in several school activities as well. She was treasurer of Interact Club and has been a student council representative for four years. China was a member of last year's prom committee. She was a member of Drama Troop and the Sebastian River High School color guard. She also served as the school newspaper's chief editor. China is also an athlete; she has played varsity lacrosse for the past four years and was team captain for two years.
As an active member of her community, China has participated in many activities, including the Frog Leg Festival, lacrosse clinics, and several parades.
2004-2005 Student of the Year - Camille Campins
Camille, a senior at Grandview Preparatory School in Boca Raton, Florida has been a member of SADD for 4 years and this is her second year on the Student Advisory Board. Her leadership has been a great asset to FLORIDA SADD. She always gets the job done! SADD National recognized her potential by selecting her for the Student Leadership Council.
